King of Wheat
Meliora Latent
Better things lie hidden. The keeper of granaries knows that true wealth waits beneath the surface.
Meliora latent — better things lie hidden. The keeper of granaries sees surfaces as promises of depth. What appears is never all there is.
The King of Wheat has learned patience through seasons. He does not harvest early, does not panic at storms, does not mistake the visible crop for the invisible root system that survives winter.
His kingdom is underground as much as above: the stored wealth, the sleeping seed, the potential waiting in darkness for its time.
