Jack of Flies
Main De Gloire
Hand of glory. The youth holds power others fear to grasp—the uncanny serves the brave.
The hand of glory — main de gloire — object of fear and power. The youth holds what others dare not touch, finding utility in the uncanny.
In folklore, the hand of glory opened locks and paralyzed witnesses. Paradin’s Jack grasps the forbidden tool without flinching. Some powers require willingness to handle what the squeamish reject.
The Jack of Flies is not innocent but knowing. His persistence extends to realms others avoid.
