King of Arrows

The shield that turns all arrows has already won. Nec ferro nec igne — neither by iron nor by fire — declares invulnerability not through aggression but through perfect defense.

Paradin’s emblem depicts the wisdom of the mature ruler: true power lies not in striking but in being unstrikable. The arrows that fall away have spent their force on one who cannot be moved.

The King of Arrows has ceased aiming. His ambition accomplished, he now embodies the target others cannot reach.
